**Q: What’s the wait time for reheat until next round? (Not looking for commercial endurance - I just like to be a good host).**
A: The Gaggia Classic Pro Espresso machine heats the water quickly. This statement is from a review: The average time it takes to boil water and whip an espresso shot is a couple of minutes at best, giving you cafe-quality brews at home with little effort and time. 
My experience is that once the 1st cup has been completed and served you need to clean out the filter, put in fresh coffee grinds, then put the filter holder back in place. The machine should be ready to brew.

**Q: Is it 220v?**
A: No Only 120v

**Q: What is the length of the power cable? My outlet is kind of far from where this machine would go.**
A: Not long. Maybe 18 inches.

**Q: The coffee puck after brewing is always mushy, so mushy that it will stick to the shower screen, this is my second Gaggia, didn't have this issue befo**
A: Not always, but it could happen mostly when your grind is too fine
