### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replace first if you get a EGR code from your CEL. Much cheaper than an EGR valve.

This is one of those parts that, if you suspect it could be the problem, just replace it. Even if it doesn't make the light go out, chances are that your old one's diaphragm is pretty old and dry and getting close to cracking, anyway.
