I have had foot problems for many years, exasperated by long hours standing on them when I was a librarian. As a result, I've ended up with Morton's Neuroma on both feet, plantar fasciitis at different points in my life, and several claw toes. All this to say, my feet have not been happy feet, despite the fact that I have never been one to wear high heels. I've always worn comfortable shoes but it wasn't making a difference.My podiatrist made some custom orthotics for me but they were heavy and clunky and I felt like I was walking around with weights strapped to my feet. I STILL was having foot problems so I figured, why put myself through the annoyance of those heavy things. The next thing my podiatrist suggested were different Dr. Scholls inserts, like the Air Pillow insoles. They were more comfortable but tended to make my feet crowded in my shoes, which often then gave my feet a sensation of having "gone to sleep" (i.e. that pins and needles sensation) or they'd feel swollen and tight. Finally, this Christmas, my daughter-in-law gave me these Pedag Holiday orthotic cushions. She is in a medical residency program and had asked the head of Podiatry at her hospital if he had any recommendations. These are the orthotics he recommended. He said he'd been recommending them to many of his podiatry patients and had been hearing a lot of good reports back about them.Well, I've been using them since Christmas and they are fantastic. Because they are just a 3/4 length orthotic, my toes aren't cramped. I no longer have any pins and needles sensations and no feelings of tight, swollen feet. I have high arches and these have provided tremendous support. They truly are lightweight and they don't add any appreciable weight when they are slipped into a pair of shoes. It's wonderful. Because they are so thin, I haven't had to take out the regular lining in my shoes. I just slip them into a pair and off I go. They work great in my sport clogs and in my loafers. In fact, I am so pleased with them that I just ordered another pair so that I can have a pair in each of the shoes I wear the most. I highly recommend this product. My feet are finally happy feet again.

I have chronic metatarsalgia that is bad in one foot and fair in the other. The balls of my feet swell, my toes get numb, and it affects my active lifestyle. I've tried a dozen different orthotics and spent a small fortune , and these are the least expensive and by far the most effective at helping relieve my condition. The 3/4 length works fine to allow more toe room, and the insoles don't move around like you'd expect, even without using the little sticky button on the bottom. The support and cushioning are both excellent. And they seem to be lasting very well. I just received my order for a couple more sets, and when I compared the old used ones to the new ones there was no difference discernible.In short, these are great!

Update I tried several times to use these inserts.Under each piece there’s a round disc type thing. It makes my left heel hurt after about 1-2 hours of wearing.These slide forward in my shoes . I had to put picture hanging type double sided foam pieces under the heel areas. The left arch support caused a blister after wearing these for 4 hrs. But I have bad knees and walk with a pronounced limp.I think it’s best to wear these an hour then take out of shoes and gradually increase wearing time. Much like getting used to a negative heel shoe such as Birkenstock.

These help my feet better than anything I have tried for my plantars fasciatis. They conform to my foot shape and high arches and to the the shoes I use them with making them the most comfortable inserts. I have tried all kinds of inserts. Well worth the money. I have ordered extra so I never run out.

Thin enough for dress shoes, great arch and metatarsal support

I ordered these inserts for a pair of very nice men's heritage leather boots. The boots fit well, but were a bit roomy. I have very flat feet, aka low volume feet. I've always struggled to find footwear that hugs my instep without being too small. I put the inserts in, laced up the boots and walked around my house in them constantly saying "oh wow, wow..... Now the boots fit me like a glove without squeezing or pinching my feet. Since they are 3/4 inserts, I don't lose any room in the toe box. This totally upgraded the fit. I immediately went back to amazon and ordered 2 more pairs for my other shoes. Try it out. Especially if you have flat/ low volume feet and struggle to find proper fitting footwear.

Al principio dije pues quién sabe si me ayuden, hoy me puse unos tenis que tenía guardados (cuando no usaba las plantillas) y fué increíble sentir la sensación de desgaste que mi pisada hacía a la suela! Con las plantillas mi pisada ha mejorado bastante y las puedo mover a uno u otro calzado (no tiene caso dejarlas pegadas). Me encantaron

Excellent to wear in my shoes,they make walking easier,they prevent the foot from rolling,excellent productWell made,I know these orthotics work when you can feel them WORK!they make walking esy now they are light weight and stay put in my shoes i have had this product before but wore them out so ihave bought anew pair for my walking shoes.

La talla es la que mencionan, ni mas chico ni mas grande. Sientes el cambio sea usarlo en tenis o con zapatos. Si tu calzado es comodo estas plantillas lo hacen ser mucho mas. Llevo un mes con ellas y su apariencia y forma no han cambiado. No le dudes.

Due to recent hip & foot discomfort, proper arch support and padding have become important to me. For shoes with removable insoles, I have replaced with a full length rigid arch support. For other shoes, these are life-savers...they are very low profile and fit on top of the built-in insoles without adding bulk and crowding your feet. I have a pair in my Sperry Boatshoes and in my Eastland Mocs - they make a huge difference in comfort. I will definitely be purchasing additional pairs for other shoes.
