Better than regular rice cakes
Just what I was looking for. These are thin and crunchy and hold up nicely with things I put on them. Texture is not like a normal dry thick rice cake. Just enough crunch to fill a snack attack.

Rice cakes are not normally my first go to for a snack but these are pretty tasty plain or with toppings. If you need a low FODMAP snack these work well. Iโve seen some reviews stating they go stale quickly but once I open a package I put it in a ziploc bag.
