Yes. You can increase or decrease the brew volume on a per brew basis plus or minus 20 oz. You can adjust the brew temperature also. You access the adjustments by pressing and holding the middle button and then simultaneously either the right or left button to access the adjustments.

Brew time from pressing "Brew" button to full pot is about 3 minutes, but the timer continues to count to a total of 4 min, 20 sec. Wait time between brewing pots is less time than it takes to replace the filter with new coffee - less than 1 minutes.
