Does this come with the cape? I saw a few reviews stating it was not included.

Hi there! Our deluxe Superman costume for kids includes a padded muscle chest jumpsuit with boot tops, belt and superhero cape.

My 4 yr old is 44 inches tall and a muscule 45lb with a 26inch chest. Small or medium??

We think a medium, since our purchase was for a three year old. He loves it and wears it all the time.
