Our neighbors dog has been barking every time we go outside in our front and backyards ever since it arrived. I read the reviews on this device and thought it might help. I installed it where it has clear line of sight with the dog (within 20'), have tried every setting on the device for several days at a time, can confirm it is making the high pitched noise it is supposed to make, definitely know the dog isn't hard of hearing (it can hear me walking on the other side of my house and starts barking for that), and...nothing. No change in the dog. It still barks at everything it hears or sees. I guess it's time to file a complaint with the city because nothing else has worked. It's not fair to the dog, but it is what it is.It's either fake or shoddy...vx: subang002..
