Absolutely love this piece! It looks clean and modern, and fits perfectly in my space. The drawers are smooth and provide great storage, while the cushioned top is comfortable and sturdy. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality feels great for the price.

I’m so happy I found these two shoe cabinets and the matching shoe bench — the size is perfect for the narrow hallway in my home. They actually hold quite a lot of shoes. Most of the pairs are mine, and I wear a size 6, so everything fits nicely. Larger shoes or men’s shoes would take up more space, but that’s totally expected. At first, I ordered the 40-inch bench, but luckily, when I checked the shipping status, I noticed this 29-inch version, which fits my corner even better. I returned the bigger one and got this instead. The bench originally came with a gray cushion, but I didn’t like the color, and it kept sliding around. After trying it for two days, I removed it and placed a soft throw on top instead — much more comfortable to sit on. To be honest, the bench is only 9 inches deep, so it does feel a little narrow when you sit on it. But that’s the trade-off when you need something slim enough for a small hallway. Overall, I really love this set and highly recommend it to anyone with a tight or narrow entryway. Thank you!

Overall, I really like this shoe bench. It looks nice and helps keep the entryway organized, plus it saves space by storing several pairs of shoes. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cushion is not attached, so it moves a bit when you sit down or touch it. Other than that, it works great and looks very nice in the space.

I’m a slow learner, I guess. I put different parts together wrong and had to go back and redo them. Other than that it was an easy piece to put together. For me it was a learning curve. It turned out nice and Im happy with it.

IMO this is a nice shoe stand/bench. In order to be able to ship it, it has to be flat. It is a heavy box and takes a bit to sort and figure out. The instructions are pictures and no written instructions or explanations are provided. My wife ordered this item and when I set out to assemble, I had no idea what it looked like or what tools were needed. I unboxed and set things out in order so I could find what I needed easily. All you need is a large and regular Phillips bit (drill or screw gun recommended) and a hammer. I believe it took over an hour to get it together by myself and an extra hand to hold things while fastening them would be a big help. It looks fine all assembled. feels sturdy, and is comfortable to sit on.

Love this storage bench so much!! This looks gorgeous in my small entryway and fits several pair of shoes. It is nice and sturdy and was very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the cushion on top is just sat there like a pillow - but it's easy enough to put some rug grip underneath. I would absolutely buy this again and again!

Love the overall form factor, size, looks, fits great behind my door below some coat racks, easy to assemble, good storage. Would be a great product except for a huge flaw. The problem is is when one of my children opened it to get their shoes, not delicately but also not very hard at all it broke while I was watching after about 4 months. One of the plastic pieces where the storage compartment swivels snapped. It kind of worked still, but a couple months later the other one broke as well, rendering one compartment useless. I reached out to the company and they said they don't sell or have any of these extra parts available to send people. This is the piece that literally the whole design hinges on, they should be made of metal or should send you extras from the get-go and be ready to send more on-demand. Disappointed with the product support and durability of this key mechanical feature of the product. It's not a common part, it's custom so it's not like you can grab something at the hardware store to fix it either. Definitely pass on this one.

Overview: As described...kind of... Experience: Update: original review is still valid but I did contact the mfg. And they offered a partial refund or opt to replace. I opted to replace. This ment I had to disassembled and return the first one...a time consuming choice but the second one worked much better with no defects, also used a square to ensure everything lined up before attaching back and made the tacking on of the back the last step in assemble to ensure bins were evenly aligned. Looks great, functions well. Happy with the results just not the whole process getting here. 5 stars for customer service, 3 for the product. Orig. Review,: First off I have assembled and disassembled stuff for decades, basically part of my job as a field tech for 27years and yet Assembly took me a full 2 hours. All particle board, only the top of bench is MDF, back boards are basically cardboard. The pin and rotating lock nut are poor quality, even pre tapped the posts go in crooked and the locks are flimsy and only hold panels in place until you put on the cardboard back which provides the only real structural integrity. One of my bin bottom boards split when putting in screw. The metal pulls are very cheap, stamped metal with sharp edges that will slice you if not careful. One of my bin fronts had chipped paint on edge and once assembled bins were not square and actually bind when opening and closing, Good concept, really wanted to like but very disappointed.
