Kang HWA Loose Moxa - Direct Use

It is simply the best loose Moxa you can find any where. The odor is very pleasant when burning. The quality of loose Moxa is the best. Fluffy cotton like through out therefore no hard chips so it burns consistently and timely. I have used almost a half a box now and have not felt or seen any extreme hot spot due to big chips. It rolls up evenly and super easy. it is lite and fluffy so it sticks on to your skin with little moisture. Excellent product!!!

Texture is extremely airy and light. Smells like burnt paper when lit which is expected at such a low price. It holds together nicely.

The quality of the moxa wool is good. Smells authentic. But the size of the box is very small. I was buying this for using in a moxibustion box. The wool from this order couldn’t fill even for one treatment. Will try to find an alternative.

This was recommended to my mother by a certified acupuncturist/ traditional medicine man from S. Korea. Very fluffy and burns well. A little difficult to handle due to its lightweight/fluffiness, but I am sure this opinion would be different from a properly trained personnel. According to my mother, a retired nurse educator with PhD in nursing, says it does the job well.
