Natural Aluminum Quarter Sheet Pan, 2-Pack

I have bought probably hundreds of products over the years from Amazon and I can say unequivocally these are in my top10 as far as satisfaction. I make big batches of chicken cutlets once a week to have throughout the week and since I bought them they have changed the game. I use one for my egg wash and one for the breadcrumbs. They are the perfect size for such a task. Also great for roasting veggies, baking potatoes etc. instead of using my full size baking sheets. They are heavy duty, not flimsy at all, wash up beautifully, no sticking, just all around great quality. I highly recommend!

LOVE THESE SHEET PANS!!! I bought the two Aluminum Quarter Sheet Pans thinking they'd scratch, burn & become sticky, discolor or be a pain to clean. To my surprise, baking on these is quite easy and cleaning them is even easier. I just place hot water in the pan that had baked-on overflow juices, and gently wipe with a soapy sponge! Good as new!!! The versatility of these pans is just great. The size works for roasting vegetables like green beans, asparagus and such. I'll enjoy using these pans for years to come!

Love them. Nice and heavy. Clean up well. Recommend hand washing and do not use a scratch pad. Could not be happier!

You ever see those comedies where someone hits another over the head with a frying pan or baking sheet? Buddy I would NOT want to get hit by one of these baking sheets because they are solid!! Very well made no warping and I plan on getting another set for fall harvest prep work.

These are the same type of pans we order in the restaurant and they are sturdy. I am giving them a four star for the sticky glue they put directly on top of the pan with the paper of the name of the company, they could have put it on the back of the pans or not use so much glue, just absolutely stupid. It was so hard to get off.

This is the second or third time I've ordered Fat Daddio's aluminum pans. They're well-made, easy to handle and clean (although I often use parchment paper on them to facilitate keeping the pans in A-! condition). They don't warp or discolor. It's the brand I choose when I need baking supplies.

I’ve had probably 20 baking sheets and pan sets in my lifetime: some were aluminum but most were “nonstick”. The expensive nonstick ones didn’t last more than a year, and they ended up looking grungy and were hard to clean without scratching off the coating. Then I bought a Fat Daddios baking pan, and it’s the only one I’ve used for over 8 years now. It cleans up clean as a whistle regardless of what I bake or cook in it. So I decided to toss my useless baking sheets and buy 2 Fat Daddios baking sheets. No matter what I bake on them (squash, meatloaf, cookies), it takes very little elbow grease to make them shiny and like brand new, and everything bakes evenly without burning! I will NEVER buy another baking pan or sheet unless it’s Fat Daddios!! They’re higher quality than the “high end” bakeware!! And the price is right!! Buy Fat Daddios: you won’t regret it!!!

Professional weight baking sheet. My son has begun to do a lot of baking and experienced warping of his baking pans in heat. I have purchases baking sheets for myself and knew that the quality would be perfect for multiple baking uses; cookies, sheet cakes, sheet pan meals. It’s lasted me a few years and still look new so I know he will get a lot of use out of these, as well.

Trays are sturdy and well made. Things bake evenly on the trays.
