Q: Does this have a rechargeable battery?

It doesn't have any battery. The only thing included are the LCD as seen in the picture with power cord and small magnets that doesn't work/hold the raspberry pi. The HDMI cables are also included to connect your pi3 or pi4.

Q: Can this screen be changed with another 10.1" and is it touch screen?

I haven't tried to open or change the LCD. But that would be a perfect suggestion to the maker.

Q: What does this package include?

It has the case. The display. The power supply for the display and the Pi and the connectors for the same. You supply the, SD card with the OS and the Pi. (Pi 3 so so,Pi 4 4 gig good, 8 gig Better.)

Q: Does the screen flip all the way around?

I've only tried at 90 and 180 degrees.
