“Pull-up & Dip” is the Brand name. These are actually push-up handles. They are very sturdy; so with some imagination a person can do more than just push-ups.

Good to use on grass?

I mean you can, the base is broad and strong. Being on grass or dirt you are at the mercy of the stability and how level the ground is.
