Screen Protector for iPad mini 5 and mini 4

Excellent screen protector. I always buy the JETech protector for all my devices. They hold up well and are easy to apply. Great protection and it doesn’t interfere with the touch screen. Excellent value for the price.

It fit as it should and was easy to place. It came with a card that made smoothing it down a breeze.

This is the second JETech glass screen protector I have bought and installed. The first was for my work iPad mini, and this one is for my larger, personal iPad Pro. This is a buttery smooth, high gloss glass protector that goes on very nicely! The sticker hinge system works quite well as long as you are careful. The process is in the instructions, but goes like this: Stick the stickers on the back half on and off the iPad. Position the screen, then fold the hinge stickers over onto the screen. Stick another sticker on the opposite side to lift the screen off and out of the way, folding like a book cover with the hinge stickers. Clean the screen with the provided wet wipe, the dry cloth and then use a sticker to remove dust. Remove the film from the side that will contact the glass. Fold back over and lay it on the screen. Press from one side to the other to get out the bubbles / air. Done! A piece of advice. Spend some time dabbing the screen with the sticker to remove the dust. Spend more time than you think is necessary. The cloth leaves a few bits behind and the environment will deposit some dust. Do it in as clean a place as possible because you want the screen to lay down with no dust. If you see a piece (I had one) lift a corner gently and use the sticker to grab it by sliding the sticker underneath to get it. The results are spectacular. Beautiful screen that protects and allows the iPad screen to shine through. Works great with the Apple Pencil. Flawlessly. (If you don’t mind a slippery drawing surface. It’s not like paper. I don’t mind this. If you want a paper like feel, grab a matte finish protector. Not this one). I love my Otterbox. It has saved me countless times from damage. But, I despised the plastic screen protector that comes with it. Solution? Remove the plastic by hitting it with a blow dryer around the adhesive (inside the cover) and gently lift the screen out. At the right temperature most of the adhesive will lift off with the plastic. A little Goo Gone and a paper towel will take care of the rest. Put it together and it fits perfectly. Now, my pristine glass will remain so, and I don’t have to worry about dust under the screen cover ever again. Take your time installing, dab ALL the dust away before the final flip, and you won’t be disappointed. Great price too. Thanks JETech!!

Super easy to install, works great. There is a lot of packaging for one screen protector, but it is effective in making sure the protector goes on cleanly and smoothly. You get great instructions, handy alignment and cleaning stickers, wet wipes and cleaning towel.

To me, the screen protector was difficult to put on.

This is a very heavy-duty glass screen protector. I’ve purchased this brand multiple times over the years, and it has consistently protected my screens from breaking. It’s easy to apply, fits my iPad perfectly, and I’ve had no issues using it. I’m so happy with the quality that I’ll be purchasing these as gifts for family and friends.

Worked perfectly. This appears, so far, to be very sturdy and a quality product at a reasonable price. I recently installed a tempered glass protector on my iPhone 5s and loved it. When my one year old film type screen protector became loose at two corners and began lifting, dust and bubbles were getting underneath so I decided to try this glass protector on my IPad Air. I removed my old screen protector, using the "good" side that was still very sticky to lift off any dust. Then I cleaned the screen with my own alcohol swab (not included but think that it should be). I highly recommend this step if you have any swabs handy. I did remove my IPad from its case and then used the little dust catcher sticky thing that came with the protector and went over the screen again. The dust lifter provided was the size of an iPhone though. I think a full size dust lifter would be better but it worked fine, so no points off for that. Then I gave the IPad screen a number of final swipes with the provided cloth. I removed the protector from its envelope and attached the two little red tape guide things on either side of the middle of the top side of screen protector. These are handy to position the protector over the IPad screen as you maneuver it into the righ spot. Next I peeled off the backing marked "1" and began my installation. It took me less than 30 seconds to position the piece over the two circle cutouts on top and bottom of the Ipad screen to my satisfaction. I wanted to make sure that it would land perfectly centered over each one. Then, I carefully lowered the protector and, voila, the thing just installed itself without a single bubble. There was no top film to remove which wasn't needed anyway as there was no need to use a squeegee or credit card to install and/or remove bubbles. I ran the cloth over the whole thing for good measure. It looks beautiful and everything performs as if it wasn't even there. Easiest iPad screen protector I ever installed. I would highly recommend this product so far. If it protects and stays in place as well as my iPhone glass protector does, then this will continue to be 5 stars for me.
