Very sharp blade. Nice 'heavy feel' in your hands. Does a wonderful job cutting everything from bread, veggies to meat.Recommend this knife if you want a good, quality knife.

Haven't had to sharpen it once. I just pass it on the honing steel every couple or three days. It is still very very sharp. We use it, wash it, dry it, and put it away immediately. It still looks as good as the day it came in. For under $10 (on sale) this has been one of the best knife purchases I've ever made.Care for it properly and it will last you a very long time. Thank you.

A nicely made sharp chefs knife. Not too heavy but still heavy enough for it to be a good blade. The design is nice but there’s no sleeve to store the knife when not in use.

sharp and affordable. I have fancy Zwilling knives and they don't cut like this! even after a professional sharpening, this knife blows those out of the water

Very impressed that at this price point, I actually received a sharp blade. It cut through my watermelon rind with minimal effort. The handle feels pleasant to hold. I bought a second one. I have not had it for long, so I cannot grade durability, but while it is light in weight, it feels solid.

This knife is not only beautiful looking but also exceptionally sharp. I’d love it. I love the weight of it I like the feel of the handle everything was just perfect besides being a great price.

It is little heavier at the bottom

This knife is not at all the original product. Moreover it's a Chinese product and hence can't be trusted. However, the knife has good sharpness and looks beautiful.

This is a product of an Italian cookware brand. The version that Amazon delivers are probably seconds versions with tiny flaws (mine had a small scratch mark), as I have seen videos of the retail stuff on you tube that has the micheangelo emblem at the hilt and has a far nicer paclaging with illustrated company history, whereas the one we get here hhas no hilt emblem & comes in a bland box with a padded foam cutout to keep the knife.Performance is amazing, full bolster design, very comfortable to hold. It's super sharp, I cut paper with it. Very comfortable pakawood grip, and the solid weight means chopping with a rolling motion is very enoyable. Has the feel of far more expensives knifes, beautiful laser etched damascus design, hassle free german steel. Nothing much else to ask for.wouldve given 5 stars if it came with the illustrated box and emblem on hilt

Slight defect in handle why are the handles with chipped wood?

It was a different item than described in the photo...knife is good but not as expected
