Are the prefilters actually washable?

No they are not washable because they have charcoal in them as they are charcoal filters to knock down the smell.

Weight of the activated carbon contents in the product?

If it's not labeled in the ad then it's impossible to tell without damaging the filter since it's tac welded closed.

Can i wash it? theres replacements so i can keep using the one i bought first?

I'm sure you can wash the pre filter. As far as the canister I'm not sure I don't think so. You can find a better filter that will last longer. Imo this one is not worth the money!

would this work to vent a small resin printer?

If your small resin printer has a 4" exhaust that needs fumes or smells scrubbed by charcoal then probably yes. These were designed for growing plants with pungent odors.
