**Q: Does the armrest handle assembly swivel and can you adjust the distance of the handle to the armrest for those with shorter arm?**
A: The height is adjustable. The armrest assembly isn’t intended to swivel. However, the angle can be adjusted to Something other than parallel with the walker but will be fixed after the adjustment.

**Q: Will this attach to the drive medical rollator walker . The 4 wheel walker with hand brakes. Thank you for any answers and help.**
A: Hmmm.....You may have to consult for advice  of a professional like a physical therapist at a local hospital dept. or nursing home or your doctor or home health nurse...  We used this  on my mom's walker that had two wheels in the front only that you physically walk with based on the advice of the nursing home physical therapist when she was there for therapy after breaking a bone in her hand.
