This supplement has changed my life
I had really bad PMS/PMDD and this product has changed my life. My hormones are balanced and my symptoms are very very minimal to almost unnoticeable now. It works quickly after you start taking it. I have been taking them about 11 months now and tried to stop them….after 1 week of being off them I started them again; due to my severe symptoms returning it shows that my body does well with it and I need it. I Love this product!!
