I did however, spray the insides lightly with nonstick baking spray before using. I really like the larger size of the cavities as well. Maybe 2-3 times the size of a regular gummy bear. I'll be using these molds to whip up some kind of chocolate candies next. I would definitely recommend these especially if you're looking for a unique candy mold.
