Well-made and sharp to thin-slice meat and vegetables. Easy to be sharpened. A little heavy if holding for a long time but this is what is anticipated from a 9-inch Chinse chef knife. It's not designed to chop bones and frozen foods. It's my to-go knife for daily cooking.

I bought this as a gift for sister and she loves it. She said it's a really good weight, sharp and came packaged beautifully. She was happy to upgrade from her old one

46 Years old I wish I would if had one of these for the past 2 decades. Tried to buy another brand and nothing in stock anywhere. Amazing piece of equipment for the line up. Will be a major tool in my chef box. Knife is solid, heavy, and so easy to cut with little to get used too.

It is very big and very sharp, has a nice feel when chopping vegetables.

Nice and what I expected

I've had several cleavers in my life but this one is the best. It's very sharp. The size is ideal for moving the cuttings from the cutting board. When slicing bread, it doesn't wander like narrow knives do so a person gets a uniform thickness. It's very well made and worth the price. If more people knew about it, the seller would probably sell a lot of them. The quality is there for sure. Also as a reminder, it isn't made for chopping through bones as the description says. It's a pleasure to use.
