The BEST!
The valve is SO MUCH BETTER than the twist valve that my previous bag had. I was looking for the plain valve that has a cap, because the bag I was given by my urologistโs office with a twist valve leaked not once but TWICE (what a mess!) The valve basically just unscrewed itself overnight as I was sleeping (I shift positions a lot, but that shouldnโt happen.) As I was browsing, I saw this bag with a completely different type valve locking system, and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. This is, by far, the best replacement leg bag Iโve found yet. I feel confident and secure that it will not open randomly on its own.

We like the way the downspout closes.
My dad has a suprapubic catheter. We have to flush with Betadine & Saline twice a week. That discolors the white bags. This is a great value. We've tried others that have a twist at the bottom or a different hinge. This one works best for my Mom's arthritic hands. Will always order this brand, this package.

Cheap Design, But No Leaks So Far
I was sent home after a recent surgery with two leg bags that were supposed to last me for the next 4 weeks. However, both began leaking after only 1 miserable day each of use. They were Hollister bags, way more expensive than these. I needed a replacement fast and decided to try these. So far they are holding up very well, with no leaks. Like the Hollisters, there is a flip-lock at the bottom which you flip up to empty the bag. I do however wish there was also a cap for the spout, to add an extra layer of protection from potential leaks, but there is not. Because sometimes a flip lock can get caught and pulled by your pants leg. So you just have to be extra careful with these. I also liked the locking Velcro straps on the Hollisters much better than the button mechanism here. On these, you have to anchor both sides of the elastic straps onto one small button. It takes some dexterity and some unwanted bending. Still, despite any shortcomings, I appreciate the fact that these bags don't seem to leak. That was the most important consideration for me, since I am staying in someone else's house and they have rugs! Gotta be careful with those.

Works fine for active daily use.
the 500ml size works just fine for active daily use. No leakage. I reuse for several days with flushing with warm water.

Not as advertised. None of the ten items had the 18" tube that they are supposed to have.
This is the second time I have bought two five-packs of this product. The first time, all ten bags had the 18" tube that it is advertised to have. The second time, none of them had a tube. I had to use one bag with the old tube, which is unsanitary, because I needed it, but that was an unsafe solution. When I tried to return the items, the program would not let me finish the process. After I had completed the steps, the only option was Continue Shopping, which took me back to the home page.

Did not come with 18 inch tubing as the description states.
This item into as described, and does not come with 18 inch tubing. I'm not the first to complain. Change the ad or, send me 5 18 inch tubes. When you buy the tubing, it's much mor expensive.

It works...
I probably shouldn't check 5 stars, meaning "I love it," since nobody should love being at a point in life when a leg bag is useful. That said, I have used it once so far and can see it will do everything I want. I am not incontinent, but at 76 I have an enlarged prostate which leads me to pee far more often than in the past. In itself this is not a problem, since a bathroom is usually close at hand. However, I also walk for exercise and aim for a hour a day. I'm convinced walking is a miracle cure for many things and desperately want to keep it up if I can. The pee problem is obvious: I am limited to routes with a public toilet, a mall, a grocery store, a hospital, a train station, etc. That is very limiting and leads to boredom, which leads to reduced motivation to get out and do it. (Can we say "cascade?") I got the bag to solve that problem, and my first excursion was a major improvement. I walked for nearly two hours in snow just because I could! An important detail I learned as a result of the long walk: if you begin to feel little shots of pain from your pecker, it is probably because the bag is full and backing up to the catheter, which relies on an an adhesive to stay attached. (Removing the catheter, BTW, is a literal pain.) As the urine backs up, the catheter begins to swell up like a balloon, which causes the inside wall to begin separating from your Donald. Hence, the little shots of pain. Drain the bag ASAP!
