Got this after being "done" w physical therapy after a hip surgery bc I wanted to continue the stretches I learned there... this particular strap is very soft as it appears to be made of cotton and easy on the hands vs the ones I've used in the past that are a hard nylon that would be uncomfortable during certain stretches and sometimes scratchy feeling.I didn't even realize it when I bought it, just looked for a good deal.. As an extra perk to a great price, it is super comfy to use!! I would highly recommend this one to anyone!

I saw a product like this on Instagram and as a yogi/yoga teacher decided it was a great new toy to add to my yoga prop arsenal. It takes yoga strap to the next level. I love that you can take any pose deeper, and determine how much deeper just by moving your hand or foot up or down a loop. I've recommended it to my students and I plan on ordering a whole bunch more in the future to keep in my yoga bag for when I teach. I really REALLY recommend this product.

I had full total knee replacement on both knees. I didn't have the yoga strap for the first surgery at home to do the exercises, making recovery quite difficult.Since the second surgery, I've had the yoga strap to work out at home. It makes the exercising much easier, and the progress shows when I go to physical therapy.The yoga strap is the same as what is used at the therapy clinic, but I needed one at home. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I needed this for helping stretch my arm behind my back after rotator cuff surgery. I was healing nicely but had no real range of motion behind my back. This is what they were using at ATI physical therapy and so I decided to buy one, They are reasonably priced, ship quickly, and are extremely strong and durable. I have not used it for yoga stretches but as strong as it is I have to think it would fit the bill very nicely. Cheers!

It's not as substantial as a regular yoga strap, but that's okay. I used one in physical therapy and that spurred me to buy this one. I like catching the loops instead of grasping the thicker strap for some uses.

This yoga strap is exactly what I wanted. I'm in physical therapy and my therapist used this in my sessions and I try and use at home what they us to help me help myself when I'm not in therapy. This has several different places to grip for hands and feet. Love it and the material is not hard or stiff.

Very happy with the stretch strap! I purchased this product not for yoga but for rehab for a knee injury. My PT uses a strap like this, it was only smart to purchase one to continue therapy at home. I chose this strap because of the good reviews and they had my favorite color! Very happy overall!
