Great purchase
I am happy with this purchase. It allows me to easily organize while offering various sizes within the compartments. The Opening and Closing of all the drawers is difficult. I feel like the clasps will soon break due to them made out of soft plastic. You should work on a new design for the clasp closing. It is also difficult to pull the handle up and down.

Misleading and cheap
For the price I expected better quality. It isn’t cool to mislead consumers about a product and still benefit from their purchase when product is returned. It is very cheap plastic and wasn’t aligned to lock. Do not waste you money on item

Great light duty portable tool box
Nice size for around the house use. Definitely not for heavy duty tools. Perfect for day to day needs for normal house hold needs.The clasps that keep draws secured seem to bend when weight is increased.

Do not buy!
This is a piece of flimsy cheap plastic. The handles are so thin that they hardly open. The "adjustable" handle pulls off of the chest. It was made to look good on paper.

This is a great tool box. Very durable and easy to move.

Cheaply made
It was already broken when I pulled it out from the box. I didn't have time to return it ... I needed it for that upcoming weekend. The tabs on the drawers, do not catch in order to lock the drawer. This item is made of plastic ... in areas where it should be thick plastic, it's thin instead. The bottom bin does not shut all the way and therefore doesn't "lock". When pulling it over the threshold of a doorway, it wobbles and tries to flip over. Not worth the price they've put on this item.
