Made from 100% soft neoprene with reinforced elastic edges and internal Velcro tabs, it stays firmly in place on your silicone mask strap. Lightweight and ergonomically shaped, it adapts to the back of your head for maximum stability. Trusted by divers worldwide, this cover is backed by Cressi’s 2-year warranty and a legacy of quality since 1946.

## Description

The Mask Strap Cover is the ideal solution for keeping your dive mask securely in place on your head. It helps to wear the mask more easily, especially for those with long hair. The hair tends to stick to the silicone, and the strap can pull the hair, which isn't very pleasant. The Neoprene slips better on the hair, and the large surface adjusts to the shape of the back of the head, holding the mask in place. Won't shift on mask strap: there are Velcro tabs inside the cover to anchor it to your silicone mask strap. The product is designed by Cressi and made in China. Cressi has been an Italian brand pioneer in scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming equipment since 1946.

## Features

- The Mask Strap Cover is the best solution to help to hold the dive mask on your head.
- Won't pull or tangle hair. The hair tends to stick to the silicone and the strap can pull the hair and it's annoying.
- Soft neoprene strap increased comfort. The Neoprene slips better on the hair, and the large surface adjusts to the shape of the back of the head, holding the mask in place.
- Won't shift on mask strap: there are Velcro tabs inside the cover to anchor it to your silicone mask strap.
- Elastic sewn edge tape reinforced.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the size of this cover? Thanks.**
A: Hi Frank, this strap is 8 inches long, and 4 inches wide at its widest point. Hope this helps.

**Q: what's the difference between black and black v.1?**
A: There is no difference between the two versions. The v1 listings are the older listings, while the non-v1 listings were created more recently. They are the exact same product.

**Q: Can you tell me the width of the strap where it attaches to the mask please? My mask has narrow buckle.**
A: This is not a strap, but rather it's a strap cover. It won't replace a broken strap. You may want to look at a slap strap:http://www.amazon.com/Original-Slap-Strap-Scuba-Snorkeling/dp/B008PTRCCW/ref=sr_1_18?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1402880739&sr=1-18&keywords=slap+ straps

**Q: How do you thread the mask strings thru the head band please?**
A: My strap cover has a pocket in it. I threaded the mask strap into one side of the pocket and out the other side. I did nothing w the slits in the strap cover.
