We had forest fires in September. Couldn’t even see across the street. Triad made all the difference. Air inside our home was so fresh and breathable, I don’t know how we would have survived without it. The house always smells clean, like it’s been scrubbed with Clorox. Not a bad thing. I can even cook cabbage or fish without lingering odors. I’m glad it has a remote since I am too short to reach where it’s perched. I also like that I can set it for the square footage of our home and how powerful I want the fan. I usually keep the fan about halfway for normal day today use. I was excited to see Amazon selling this, it saved me $40 shipping.My friend in Texas has a Triad so I knew what to look for. Her son is always borrowing hers because his dogs run into the house after being “skunked“. It only takes a day to clean up the skunk smell from their house.I would not hesitate to recommend this air purifier. If you don’t believe me, do your research. I did.

I am so allergic to dogs. If I am with them too ling, I will need to go to the hospital. My niece had puppies in my home and I was going downhill quickly. This air purifier was recommended to me. The cost is worth every penny. I recovered from my allergic reaction to the puppies and it too the smell out of the house. I gave one to a friend and she said the same thing. I was given one of the puppies to help me with the lost of my husband. I am able to play with her, have her in my room most hours of the day, and give her hugs without a problem.

Either I was shipped a used unit or someone at the factory spilled a whole bottle of perfume on the unit when it was being packaged. The fragrance is over powering. This is going to be returned.

I really like this product. It works well. The air in the house seems pure when it's on.BUT - The PCO cell went out precisely one year after we purchased it. Mmmmmm seems as if there is a timer on it. OK, fine...... but I can't find the replacement part anywhere. I see several that look like the Triad Aer part, but it says they are made for other manufacturers.With out the PCO, it doesn't work. The product gets an "A".. .the services get a big-time F.

I wish I had bought it from Amazon so that I could return it. I saw a promotion and bought it directly from manufacturer with around $100 discount. After the delivery, we tested it using the default setting, but immediately found a strange smell like Ozone released from the purifier. I then contacted the manufacturer and confirmed it was Ozone. I checked that there was no description on the manufacturer web page about Ozone. Also I found it on medical essays that Ozone is harmful to human lungs even breathing in a small amount, especially with respiratory conditions. Since I had asthma, I would try to avoid situation like this. Although the manufacturer suggested another setting that could avoid Ozone, but since it was a default setting and could easily revoked to it, so we preferred a return, but the manufacturer declined!! They said all sales were final and no return policy at all.Beware of this product and this company!!!

My wife purchased on this directly from the Triad Aer website. I was hopeful but highly skeptical this would provide us any benefits. Well I was wrong.I have sinus issues. Neti very night with nasal spray and daily antihistamines. I always wake up unable to breathe through my nose.The morning after the first night we used this machine my sinuses were clear! We ran it for a week in normal mode and then set it to high and increased the square footage every 24hrs until it was set appropriately.I have seen a dramatic improvement with my sinuses and overall breathing. My wife has experienced the same. Our dog's allergies have also improved.It does create a "clean" air smell which I believe is the ozone emitted from the machine. I got used to this after a few days.I highly recommend this machine!

It really gets rid of Oder but you need to keep on low setting and follow instructions
