HelloBaby 2.4" Video Baby Monitor with Camera and Audio

We have only had it up and running for less then 24hours, but its working great. Only thing i wish it did was make the screen brighter, in this photo it looks bright, but its not this bright its like 3 shades darker, i can still see our daughter just fine ( not in room at the moment) this photo makes it look bright, angle of the picture. We live in a townhouse and all bedrooms are on 2nd floor so this is super helpful when our 3 year old is playing in her room while i am doing things through out the rest of our home( baby gate blocking stairs uptop) It is 1000 ft range we haven't had issues with the monitor loosing connection. I have seen other reviews regarding wifi connection, but i havent looked into it as we are not having issues with range. The buttons all light up, night vision works great the screen is smaller then our first monitor and when zoomed out it doesnt cover as much area as the older one , but thats fine as long as i can see our daughter and easily locate her in her room and hallway I am totally at ease and it also has a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer, not with Amazon. This is our 3rd monitor, the first one we got in 2019 from the brand , Summer. It was fabulous but its getting old and loosing range/connection and that one was 700 range and we live in a 1007 sq foot home and it is only recently the Summer one startrd acting up so i know it works being different floors and wide rage because when we bought it we then lived in a 2000 sq. foot one floor house and it worked even on the other end of the house. We bought a different brand in December 2021 knowing the first one was getting old, we took it out of the box last Friday and it supposed to be 980 range and it is garbage, it only works if the monitor is literally 50 feet from the camera, i dont know if its just a defect, but of course our warranty was only 30 days with Amazon so i have an email into the manufacturer because it does have a 1 year warranty with it so i am waiting to hear back, but i have also seen terrible reviews on it , one being the monitor blew up, pictures on Amazon reviews the 2nd monitor is from the brand , ANMEATE. Thats my review, it kind of tells ya alittle bit about all 3 monitor, but if i can spare someone from buying the ANMEATE from seeing this review then yay , but i will wait to hear back from ANMEATE to leave my full review.

Update : I'm raising this review from 4 stars to 5 because I have dropped this thing SO MANY times in the past two years and it still works. Seriously, we've dropped both the receiver and especially the monitor so many times, from some pretty high heights, and it's never so much as stuttered. The camera itself now rattles a little if you shake it, so clearly I've knocked something loose inside.. but it keeps chugging along sending the feed so I'm more than happy given how much abuse this thing has put up with. It's outlived our more expensive camera, it's just so dependable. No frills, no fuss, I love it. Okay so if I was going to compare this camera against other baby cams, this might just be a 3 or 4 star review, it's good. It does it's job, no complaints. But for this price tag??? (I spent $45 Dollars I think?) I've been impressed with it the year or so I've been using it. It's the cheapest baby cam I could find and it performs just as good as some of the more expensive ones. It's tough, the video is good enough and the audio is very sensitive and picks up every little sound (it's not crystal clear, but you'll hear it). The range is good, not great, but I can put the monitor outside and still get a signal. I just can't walk far, that's okay. There are things I don't love, but they are minor. I really really wish this had microUSB or USB C charging rather than the cable it comes with. Having microUSB or USBC would have been great because I could move the camera around and use any outlet in my house but that's forgiveable... I mean again, with that price tag its hard to find meaningful complaints!

I live in a small condo and needed a baby monitor that could let me be in the other room. This monitor works great with the small area. The sound pick up is good, picture is great, and allows for multiple cameras to be connected. The battery life is great I only have to charge every other day and setting up the camera was fast and simple. Cons of this monitor is that sometimes it glitches. It's only for a minute but the picture distorts or lines go over the screen. Also there is a lullaby feature but it's only on the monitor screen I think it would be better if that was on the camera. Additionally, a great feature it lacks is a clock.

Monitor overall functioned well. It gets 1 star for poor product quality. We had it exactly 39 days before the charging port fell apart internally on the monitor, rendering it useless. Of course, it lasted just long enough to be outside of the return window. I've submitted a support ticket to Hello Baby. I will update if anything comes of it. Update: they ended up sending us a new system that has worked fine since. I would recommend this.

Great monitor and camera at a great price! I love the ease of use and especially the eco mode with voice activation. It has 3 sensitivity levels so you can set it to pick up on your little one. Sounds and video kick on when the child makes a noise, so you don't hear the white noise from a monitor all night long. Have used the HB66pro camera and monitor for almost 2 years now and still works great. We bought another set for our new little one in hopes to pair the camera. We weren't able to get it to pair, but reached out to customer service and they were very responsive (within 24 hours) and will be able to send us a set that will pair.

Très, très déçue !! Le babyphone est arrivé avec des alimentations américaines non compatibles avec les prises européennes (belges). Je ne sais donc pas ni faire charger le baby phone, ni l'utiliser !!!

C'est mon troisième babyphone et c'est clairement l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu ❤️ Rapport qualité/prix imbattable Un design très simple et discret Un écran très intuitif avec une image de très bonne qualité (de jour comme de nuit) Les + de cette caméra : - La rotation à 360°c qui permet un balayage de toute la pièce (pratique pour surveiller si le grand frère n'est pas dans les parages) - La possibilité de rajouter des caméras supplémentaires (vraiment le top !) - Une autonomie du moniteur vraiment très bonne ! - Possibilité de parler à bébé a distance avec le micro 👌 Les - : y'en a clairement pas, j'adore ce produit ! Peut-être prévoir l'accessoire qui permet de fixer la caméra sur le rebord du lit ou pour la mettre en sécurité afin que bébé ne l'attrape pas ? Produit au top ❤️ je recommande +++

Regalato, tempo fa, ed ancora oggi mi ringraziano per il regalo. Mi hanno detto che il prodotto funziona perfettamente. Non perde connessione. Riescono a vedere il proprio bimbo quando dorme.

Wir haben uns dieses Babyphone gekauft, da unser altes den Geist aufgegeben hat. Und da wir nun wussten, auf was wir Wert legen, konnten wir auch gezielter suchen. Ganz klar hervorzuheben ist hier der große Bildschirm. Die Qualität ist top, das Bild ist scharf und ich kann unsere Maus gut erkennen. Der Ton ist auch spitze, wir können sie sogar schnarchen und schnaufen hören. Ziemlich beruhigend, da gerade wenn das Kind krank ist, es manchmal doch uns sehr beruhigt zu wissen, sie atmet noch. Nun aber absolutes Highlight ist einfach der Bewegungsradius der Kamera. Ohne groß Geräusche zu machen, und somit keine Gefahr das Kind zu wecken, wenn man es seinem Bewegungsdrang ganz leise - ja fast geräuschlos - folgen möchte. Auch top, das bei Nachtsicht kein störendes Blinkern an der Kamera beginnt. Das war bei der alten der Fall, und dies war so nervig und auch richtig hell, dass wir den VOX Modus kaum nutzen konnten. Hier kein Thema. Einige schrieben, dass es Probleme mit der Verbindung gibt. Nun, da ich seit gut 2 Jahren im Home Office sitze meine ich, dass das Verbindungsproblem hier nicht bei der Kamera bzw. dem Empfängermonitor liegt, sonst schlicht an der WLAN Verbindung selbst. Dennoch für uns nicht störend, da durch Home Office gewohnt. Ich bin auch der Meinung, das dies absolut im Rahmen ist. Auch die Reichweite bis in unseren Garten, durch die dicke Stahlbetonwände, absolut kein Problem. Wir sind bislang voll zufrieden. Wir haben das Modell HB66 gekauft.
