I was pretty disappointed about this, actually, because it claims to stick up to 5 days. On my arm, the ends began releasing up within minutes of application. I followed all the usual pre-taping routines, so it really shouldn't have happened. The ends were not subjected to rubbing by clothing or other items either. Used it multiple times on the same area, I even had the Hubs participate to double check I wasn't skipping something to cause the sticking issue. I had to use it on my hand at one point (supporting a broken thumb) and it will not hold up to hand washing. (which made me question the 'sticks up to 5 days' claim....)It has a VERY strong smell to it. Strong enough that it is noticeable a few feet away for at least 15 minutes after application. Enough for the Hubs to ask what the smell was (and not in a nice way).After repeated use on the same area I did develop a reaction to the adhesive, which is something I've never done with other brands. It went away quickly after I removed the tape, but still, be aware of it.It has "Black Magic Tape' every few inches, in white letters, all along the tape. Okay, I understand it's advertising, but seriously? When I have to wear it in a highly visible area, like lower arm, it is annoying and draws extra attention to something I don't really need or want to draw extra attention to.It did do a passable job, with the ends flipping up, of supporting the area. If they could stop the end flapping issue it would probably be more desireable.No, I didn't contact the seller as I don't think a refund is necessary. I bought it, I'll use it. If you use a LOT of K tape, this could work for you, I suppose. I need to apply the tape to my knees and as I sweat a lot while running, have been through several brands that start to curl off within a half hour and completely lose its stickiness before the conclusion of my run. But THIS tape stays on through my run, in the shower, AND through another run the next day. I love it.Right out of the package, it has a weird smell, kind of like... permanent marker, but it goes away.
