A review has already been provided.One side of track is level. There is a small gap where the connection is made. The opposite side has dropped and is not level so the doors on the dropped side hang lower and the doors are dragging on carpet. Washers provided should have been split lock washers to prevent this problem.

On a 3 door system is very easy to install and to see what needs to go next on the project as seen in the picture I had to make an exterior third door to match the interior doors and then hang them on the slide rail

This kit is made of high quality materials- no visible plastic- and operates smoothly. I noticed a couple of small issues with the installation instructions. They give door hole locations that will not work for the angled brackets. To keep doors level, I just used the angled brackets against both doors to position holes. There are also some plastic spacers for thinner doors that are necessary because the bolts are fastened with acorn nuts, but there is no mention of them. Finally, they list a router as a needed tool but the instructions use the guides on the outside of the doors rather than in a routed groove. But otherwise this seems like a high quality product and was pretty easy to install. I recommend ordering a track long enough to hit the king studs around the door rather than just those dangling from the ceiling. This was critical for me because I merged two adjoining closets.

You can get very creative with the hardware. For example to get the 5-6 ⅝ combined door thickness down to about 2", I flipped the wheel on the "outer door" to make it the inner door, I put the rail right at the door jamb so the inner door actually is inside the frame.On other installations I've made opening in the ceiling to mount the rails to joist in the ceiling to achieve door tops within an inch of the ceiling.The kits come with a bunch of plastic spacers that work great to move the doors in/out and help avoid the bolts from hitting.You could make new holes on the wheel hardware to offset the bolts to achieve closer door positioning. (also they mention some times have to use the bolt backwards) what they don't mention is most cases will require cutting the bolts to work with acorn nuts); I had to cut every door bolt on six doors.

I ordered the 11ft double bypass rail. I was able to put these up all alone, although very heavy. I simply marked all the drill holes, semi-screwed in the bolts prior to mending them with the piece provided. Once mended, I was able to tighten the bolts securely. This helped to distribute the weight and free up my hands for everything else. Anyone doing this alone, this is the way to go. It can be cut if need be, and these babys slide seamlessly and quietly.

We designed our own doors with tongue and groove boards and 1x4’s for the trim and then purchased matching door handles. We are happy with the end product, though it was a little frustrating attaching the hardware to the doors as the instructions for where to drill were incorrect.

The door hardware went up smoothly and is very sturdy. Directions were pretty easy to follow. I give the product 4.5 stars only because I am m to one lag bolt, one washer and one spacer short. Any way to get these sent to me? I went to the "zekoohardware.com" website but that site doesn't seem to exist. thank you.

We bought the Zekoo doors and were very impressed with the wood and quality. Not so much for the hardware kit. The door stoppers did not fit on the rail, I spent over two hours with a file getting them to fit. The Anti-jump pad also did not fit and had to be trimmed in order to fit. Lastly the outside door hanger (single rail system) was not square which required me to bend the brackets as so they were square in order for the door to fit correctly. In the end I was able to hang the doors but not without hours of extra work. I just glad I had the tools to do it.Update: I was contacted by the company who was concerned about the issues. I was told I would be given $100 if I edited my post and gave them a 5 star rating. After several emails I blocked the sender. Not sure if it was a scam or not. I won't be using this company again.

Quick and nice

read the instructions and use a tape and these are easy to install. works great in spots where clearance is an issue and by folds can't be used. The look great as well.

I was missing a flat bar in our order, we contacted than (Zekoo) and within a few days they send us a complete 5-12 double barn door replacement kit.They care about their product and the people ( customers). They even sent me an email to confirm I received the replacement kit, that is absolutely excellent service.Len C.

Half of Spacers (for the track) were missing from Package Zekoo said they would send missing parts but failed to do......... so I tried to find suitable replacements locally, but nothing suitable is available I have no choice than to return the product before the return window is closed NOT HAPPY with Zekoo !!!Update: Along with the Contractor that was supposed to Install we realized that there were more parts missing, so I returned the package and reordered. This time I received the complete package. . I was recently contacted by Yekoo asking me why I had not responded with their offer to replace the missing parts but I did not get the message from Amazon... yes there were a lot of " mix ups" with this transaction and after a few exchanges of e-mails with Zekoo we got it all sorted out. They offered me a small refund to compensate for the inconvenence > Thank you Zekoo.
