I was an atheist until I heard this speaker, now I believe in GOD and my GOD is KEF MUO
This is a true blue beauty! I absolutely love the look, weight and sound of this product. It's not the fullest sound but it's audio has great timing and composure and terrific mid's and highs. But honestly, even if a speaker with twice the audio advantage over the muo came out i'd still buy this one, because it's just stunningly gorgeous. I get a lot of compliments on it! I also have a bose soundlink mini and people don't even notice it let alone comment on it. I haven't been able to get NFC to work as a pairing method though, I have a nexus 6p, and it def has NFC, also, I tried taking the case off, still no luck. But once you pair it the first time you never have to worry about it, so it's a piece of cake. I absolutely ADORE this speaker. If it were legal to marry electronics in the USA the KEF Muo speaker would be on top of my list.

For the price its Okay. I bought this product after reading a lot of reviews praising its characteristics for listening classical music. I am a big fan of classical music and although it has a very fine quality for listening clear sounds (like a piano passage) it lacks of deep bass (classical music need a lot of bass, specially the orchestal music). I recommend it for the price range but I think (and would like to know for my future purchase) that there should be more options (probably investing 100 USD more ) which are more fitted for a better classical music experience.

I’m still amazed by this thing
I was looking for some portable audio for around the house and I tried out several models, (Riva, B&W, B&O) but nothing really caught my ear. I don’t own any KEF products but I’ve been aware of them for years so I plunged into the Muo on a recommendation from a friend. I’m still amazed by this thing. It plays plenty loud enough but what it does it plays with clarity and punch and that’s what I care about. Everything else had similar bass but the upper end always sounded muddy and confused. I’m amazed at how clear and true things sound, and I’m really picky. Muo won’t be taking over for my main high end stereo system consisting of Dunlavy, Bryston, Aragon, and Rel gear any time soon, but it’s a fantastic substitute when I want to take my music with me somewhere. It plays best from around 3 feet out and filled my living room up so it still sounded excellent from 15 feet away.Set-up was simple, and it’s rugged enough for out in the garage or on the back deck. I expected Muo to sound good, but I’m really shocked at how good it actually sounds.

The KEF MUO is an overrated WAAAYYYY over priced piece of crap. I have serious serious regrets over spending $300 plus on this. The blogs and electronic magazines which I read that were rating it highly were complete lies. So if you see a blog or a magazine giving a good review of this speaker you can be sure that you can no longer trust them. The sound quality is mediocre at best and it does not stay charged for more than 4 or 5 hours. Also the Blue tooth signal gets easily interrupted so it should have some sort of bufffering built in to over come that and it obviously doesn't.

KEF Muo speaker -fantastic!
Just received the MUO at the door. It is very simple to use. And let me tell you the sound is amazing! Total highs and lows are so clear. I tried it from across the house and have no problems. we wanted to see if the power was sufficient. Let me tell you it is. clear, loud and powerful. I am very pleased. I can't wait for the outside parties, summer camping and just hanging on the deck. KEF makes a great product. I bought their products before and am pleased with them all. I recommend this to everyone!

A flawed first attempt, too pricy for quality you get
The unit a a good size for travel, a decent bit larger than a Soundlink Mini or Riva S but not so big that it wouldn't fit easily in a backpack. The enclosure's aluminum body feels beefy and it has a nice textured finish. However, the two rubber feet that keep it stable are a pretty big design flaw - mine both fell off when I put it in a bag - they are only held on with tiny nubs that slide into the enclosure and some mildly sticky material. If I kept this speaker, these would probably have left these off for good and I'd have to live with a wobbly speaker. Also worth noting that this doesn't come with any sort of protective case or sleeve - I felt like I needed to wrap it in a scarf to keep it from getting scratched.I was excited to fire this up, and at first listen it sounded like it had some nice nice midrange detail and decent, but not super strong bass response. As other reviewers have mentioned, only one driver produces mids and highs so this is essentially a mono speaker. Yes, you won't get much stereo effect from drivers a foot apart, but it is strangely distracting to listen to the speaker close up because of the sound only comes from one side so forget about using this on your desk as a computer or tablet speaker.I honestly thought the speaker was defective when I got it because of the mono sound and middling sound so I requested a replacement (sorry Amazon). I also emailed KEF to see if this was normal. To their credit, they did reply within a day with this explanation.None of the info below is mentioned in their marketing materials and after a few email exchanges they made it clear that they weren’t interested in revising their product specs (it says it has TWO Uni-Q drivers - no mention of one being crossed over). I figured I’d post a better description of what this speaker is and how it works in case anyone finds this useful:“Because of the way the internal drivers are designed, when you listen to the Muo up close (closer than 1 foot) it may sound as if the bottom driver is not working. The bottom driver does not output high frequencies so as not to interfere with the high frequencies output by the left/top driver. This design feature ensures a crisp sound-stage with natural high frequencies. The Muo is designed to be listened to from a distance greater than 1 foot, where these sonic differences between the drivers are not noticeable.”So there is is. Mono by design. In the end, this speaker just doesn’t measure up for the price. I’d have been very happy if this had lower output and even less bass than other speakers if it delivered on more of an audiophile sound that emphasized neutrality and detail over volume. Unfortunately, the highs are really missing any sort of sparkle, the upper mids seem over-emphasized, and the low end really isn’t there in volume or quality to be worth the premium. I like KEF and own a pair of LS50’s but this isn’t worthy of the brand. My original and replacement MUO are going back to Amazon tomorrow.

Beautiful, Solid & British? LOL
Hardware: Well-built unit, feels more expensive than JBL offerings & others which sport far too much plastic. The Muo is heavier than those, hindering its portability for some but it's the well-balanced weight of a luxury sedan. ;)Sound: I am not an audiophile, but my ears say the speaker sounds as rich & full as the Denon Envaya DSB-200 I also own.Battery Life: I will update this if anything changes, but battery life seems to be just OK. It might get the claimed 8 hours of life ... maybe, if it isn't cranked up too loud!

Typisch britisch!
Ansonsten fehlt dort nichts.
