Nice Little Light
It’s nice to find a CR2 battery flashlight out there.Item is smaller than I expected, about the size of my thumb. Overall weight is low due to its size and type of battery, but the build seems decentMy only critique would be changing the intensity; twist/untwist on/off means you need to cycle through to get back to your choice.Overall, it’s a nice little light.

Great little flashlight, great service
It's not easy finding really small flashlights that use (rechargeable) CR2 batteries. This one is perfect: it's well built, tiny, bright, and I like its pocket clip, key clip, and magnetic base. In fact, I liked it so much that I ordered a second one, but it didn't work. I notified the company and they mailed me a replacement immediately. Great flashlight and great customer service!

good construction, works well
pro: sturdy machined aluminum build, threads pretty good, comes with pocket clip. really good beam pattern without hotspot. orange peel textured reflector and actual glass lens, with gaskets everywhere needed. Tighten head to turn on, loosen and re-tighten to switch to next mode. It's probably a good candidate for swapping out the driver board for something with better regulation. Has a 15-ish mm diameter driver board.con: VERY low frequency, easily visible PWM rate, makes audible buzzing noise. (inductor based boost converter) L and M modes are PWM regulated, H is completely unregulated. Driver board is press-fit into the "pill" that holds the reflector in place so it's a bit questionable for disassembly/reassembly.Current draw:3.0 volt (regular disposable CR2): 75mA, 250mA, 860mA3.3 volt (LiFePO4 CR2): 68mA, 220mA, 740mA4.2v (LiIon CR2): 63mA, 380mA, 1.8A (!)So, it won't immediately fail if you put a LiIon RCR2 in it, but it's probably not a good idea. It maxes out at 1.8A which is still technically below the XP-G2 LED's max current but this tiny body doesn't have anywhere near the heat sink capacity to run like that for more than a couple of seconds. It also has no low voltage cutoff and in fact the boost converter will happily run the battery down to zero, which will ruin it. It's probably mostly ok on a LiFePO4 CR2 cell, if you can still find any, but really best only with disposable cells, one of which was included with mine, though it was old and 2.9v.

Only 1 brightness level and odd size battery.
The flashlight only has 1 brightness level, my other flashlight from iTP had 3 levels of brightness. This one also uses a smaller battery that is harder to find.

Bright and small.
Nice little light, but I don’t believe the Hard Anodize claim. Just pulling off the pocket clip scratched the finish. Seems to be the last CR2 powered light left on the market.

Four Stars
Really bright little light, shame there are not any more available to by and no cr2 battery lights available.
