Upgrade to black is the go to if you want a deep dark gorgeous tan. I’ve been using it for years. I’ve tried others, that were high end and very expensive and always end up going back to Upgrade to black. It has a pleasant smell, moisturizers your skin, and gives you that deep dark Caribbean tan that we all want. I honestly don’t know why it doesn’t have a higher score than what it shows. People are giving low scores for the lotion coming out of the bottle, or broken cap, their hands were stained. You gotta wash your hands then you won’t have that problem, or put gloves on when applying, or they just give low scores for reasons that have nothing to do with the product itself, the lotion! Reviews are for the lotion, nothing else. I’ve gotten through my years of using upgrade to black sooo many complaints, saying I must of been on vacation, LOL. You’ll notice a difference from the very first use. And to sum it all up, the price!!! You’ll achieve a gorgeous tan at a crazy low price. Compared to Designer Skins that you pay over $100, and a blinged up bottle that I couldn’t give to hoots about. It’s about the lotion, nothing more. So look no further and try Upgrade to Black, you won’t be disappointed!!

My favorite tanning lotion however the lid is horribly designed and breaks easily otherwise it would’ve gotten 5 stars. Doesn’t smell, has long lasting color that’s not orange and works great

I love Ed Hardy line of products. Was super excited to have found this on Amazon. After only 4 tanning sessions, I am about 3-4 shades darker. It smells great and works amazingly. I have also purchased the Coconut Kisses and Ed Hardy Black XXX I did use the coconut kisses for one week prior to using this and did so to help with melanin production as the tanning salon instructed me to do. I used the Black XXX only once prior to using this one and freaked little because it was so dark. That is why I decided to get this one. The ONLY down fall is that it is a dha bronzer and it will stain your hands. Wash hands before tanning and/or use a lotion applicator mitt. This is AUTHENTIC Ed Hardy lotion btw, I saw some people suggest that it isn't.

I tried this last night and I’m genuinely impressed—it gives you instant, gorgeous color right away! The scent is amazing (nothing like that typical fake tanner smell), and the bronzing power is seriously strong. Definitely wash your hands well after applying—especially if you’re using your bare hands—because it will leave them stained otherwise (lesson learned 😅). What really stood out to me was how much better it protected my skin—I noticed way less burning compared to when I used a cheaper lotion before. Overall, I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it!

This is my FAVORITE lotion so far. Works amazing, make sure you rub it in or you will have marks, as it is a bronzer. Keeps my tan fantastic! I use this outdoors.

Great lotion, like most Ed Hardy products. Don’t let the reviews steer you away - you don’t have to run and wash your hands right away. Like any DHA lotion you just need to wipe your hands off on your towel, paying attention to knuckles, nails and between fingers. It’s not like it stains you black, it’s just like any other DHA. No ATO, great bronzed colour (most of his lotions advertise one hour colour and anti orange properties). Keep applying your tan extender a few times a day when tanning. I moisturize with tan extenders (Hemp Nation from Australian Gold) 4x on the days I tan and at least twice if I didn’t tan that day. Gotta keep your skin healthy and hydrated VERY well in order for your tan to stay vibrant and glowing. Same goes with every DHA bronzer. Moisturizing and hydrating is key for beautiful skin. All in all, wonderful lotion! Sometimes it takes 2 tries. I didn’t like his Triple XXX black the first time but I’m glad I tried it again. Was amazing the second time I tried it. Give it a chance; Ed Hardy makes some absolutely amazing bronzers! Can’t go wrong, in my opinion. I have 4 of his DHA bronzers ; Uograde to Blsck, Hyper Inked, destination darkness and Triple XXX black. All give amazing colour, both immediate and delayed. I tan around noon and by 5pm I’m extremely dark from the delayed DHA 😊👍🏼

I’m not gonna lie this is a good tanning lotion I was kind of sceptical to order it off Amazon instead of spending 150 etc in store at itan n let me tell u I’ll definitely be ordering more , I’m a regular tanner but recently I’ve been going less and this is my first time tanning with this cream since I last went and I’ve got darker Instantly Don’t hesitate by it
