Comfy strap cover that works well
I bought this for my son who has Down syndrome and wears BiPAP. The reason I share this is because he has a smaller head and wears a small mask. The covering is a little bit big for his mask and head gear but it still works fine and the reddened places on his face have improved and the sore place on the back of his neck has healed. If you are having this type of problem go ahead and try this cover. It is not that expensive if it doesn’t work. This was definitely a win for us. This was very easy to put on the straps and it fastens with Velcro. I think it would work great for adult size mask and straps.

Great aid to minimize neck pain when wearing CPAP headgear
I purchased this neck strap pad because I need the neck strap on my CPAP mask to be snug so I have a tight seal, but when I make it as tight as I need, it strains my neck and my neck hurts the next morning. I used this for the first time last night and it did the job. I was able to make the fit snug and my neck felt fine this morning. I do encourage you to make sure the pad you order will fit the style of headgear you have because the neck pads are very specific in design. I do wish this had a thicker and longer pad between the strap and the neck. I'm considering purchasing a second one to layer or possibly put a pad between the pad and the strap so it will stay in. I do wish the Velcro strap that keeps the center pad in place was longer. It is not as long or wide as is pictured, and should be. Also, the photo shows the pad as much or more under and behind the headgear strap rather than between the strap and neck. I guess they did the photo that way to give a better idea of what the padding looks like, but that is not at all the best way to "install" it. The big pad needs to be fully between the strap and neck for the best cushioning. All you should see from behind is a little bit of the pad at the bottom and the Velcro strap fastening it. The strap pad is very very soft and appears washable, so that is a good thing. I don't have the pad with me where I am right now but later I will post a photo of it installed on my headgear to show how to put it on the headgear properly. I gave this 5 stars because as is and placed properly it made a big difference in the comfort level of my headgear.

Added comfort but challenging to get adjust
I use this with a an f20 full face mask and it makes the headgear so much more comfortable. I did not give this product a 5 star review because of the velcro. The velcro is weak and easily comes apart. It is not strong like the velcro straps on the headgear. One thing to know is that you can't adjust your mask tension using the headgear straps because they are covered by the fleece wrap. If you have a leak in the middle of the night and need to tighten your mask this involves removing the fleece cover to tighten or adjust the headgear. The fleece itself is comfortable and thick. When first applying the cover you will need to adjust your headgear before sealing the velco on the sides because the mask will be too tight otherwise from the added depth of the fleece.

It keeps the straps on the headgear from leaving marks on your neck! Very soft and comfy!!
This is super soft and comfortable! No more neck marks from the headgear straps being too tight. I have a big head and I had to cinch up the straps on my headgear really tight so I got a lot of burn marks on my neck. It really me sleep better with no leaks from the headgear being too tight. One thing I liked about it is you can cut it to whatever size you want. The blue side straps come longer so you just cut it to fit your straps. I also like the padding in the middle because it makes sleeping so much more enjoyable. Make sure when you get it in the mail you cut the blue felt straps so your magnets fit your mask. I hope this helps you as much as it did me!

Neck pad for sleep CPAP 😎
This really helps. It's really comfortable. Some times the straps in the back of my head would bother me. The neck pad helps so much.

Needs more padding on the back of neck.
I changed to a full-face mask from just nasal. Trying to adjust the mask for it to be tight enough to not leak and comfortable was not possible. Have the ResMed F20 mask. I was not used to the mask to "inflate" and it caused bruises on the back of my neck. This cover should make it more comfortable. I feel it could be padded more. I am not concerned with strap lines on my face. I added some padding to it.

There are products you buy in life that do exactly what you expect. And then there are products like this CPAP Neck Pad, which arrive quietly in a humble little package but then proceed to stage a full-blown comfort revolution in your bedroom. My wife originally picked this up because her CPAP mask straps were digging into her neck at night, leaving her feeling like she’d been in a wrestling match with a sleep robot. Enter this little wonder. First impressions? It’s a neck pad. Nothing flashy. No chrome-plated buckles, no neon lights, no instruction manual written like a NASA launch checklist. Just a soft, cushiony strip of pure, unadulterated bedtime diplomacy. But oh, the magic it works. The material is so soft I’m convinced it was hand-woven by baby angels using clouds plucked straight from heaven. It’s plush yet durable, like it could withstand a bear hug from a sumo wrestler and still bounce back. The stitching is tighter than a snare drum, making you wonder if the people who made this have a secret past in haute couture fashion design. Once fitted, this pad takes what used to be a nightly battle between neck and mask straps and turns it into a harmonious, dreamlike truce. No more waking up with strap marks that make it look like you’ve been abducted by an overzealous octopus. No more midnight tossing and turning trying to escape the dreaded “CPAP burn.” Just sweet, uninterrupted comfort, like sleeping with your head cradled in the hands of a very polite, very supportive cloud. Does it have any unnecessary features? Absolutely not. Does it need any? Also no. This is peak utilitarian perfection. It does one job and it does it so well that other sleep accessories in the house are now questioning their worth. I wouldn’t be surprised if the duvet filed for early retirement out of sheer inferiority. ✅ Barney says: Buy – This isn’t just a CPAP neck pad, it’s a ticket to peaceful slumber. A luxurious ceasefire between human skin and medical gear. A bedtime game-changer so good it deserves its own standing ovation before lights out.
