This product is a piece of junk. The only place you need a bottle opener when installing drywall is if you are a drunk.

Q: does it lift furniture to put a slider under?

It is possible. It probably doesn't have enough lift, By this I mean about three inches is the maximum lift. this is just a guess.

Q: Does it have enough room on the lifter to place a door on top of it for door installation and would the lifter be strong enough support door weight?

Yes, it could handle the weight of a steel door and there is enough room for the door. It has a limited lift capability, you may have to use a shim if you need to lift higher.
