Does this fit on enkei rpf-1 17"? accoring to spec it's bore size is 73mm not 73.1mm

The OD of rings are 73.1.the actual diameter is around 73. because it is negative tolerance. so it will fit enkei wheel with CB 73mm because wheels CB is positive tolerance. 0.1mm is around the thickness of one sheet of A4 paper.
