Perfect for making bread !

I bought myself the 6 qt. and a smaller 2 or 3 qt. last year and love them. I have used them on the stove, sautéing meat, in the oven for casseroles, bread, stews, etc. VERY heavy duty and the handles are the wide ones you can actually fit your fingers into for grip! The lid handle is approved to go into the oven also. I use it so much now I keep it out on a shelf for easy access. I like mine so much I just bought one for my sister-in-saw for Christmas. This is less than half the price of the Cuisinart. I'm no professional chef so I have nothing to compare it to, but I really do love it.
