I'm normally 20/22 the fit was fine having bought the size 20 which was 3xl so I would say go for a size that is the same as you would normally buy if in doubt contact the seller they will advise you, I would say they are pretty much true to size they do have plenty of stretch.I would have actually gone for size 22 but didn't have the colour I wanted in that size so as I already had a pair in size 20 knew it would be okay it was just the fact I wanted them slightly looser.They are really nice I love mine.Good luck with your purchase.
