I love that this comes in patch form. I have enough vitamins and medications to swallow everyday and this is so convenient. It gives me noticeable energy with no jitters or crash. I felt like I had more stamina for workouts. It seems to be a great blend of herbs and vitamins that has worked well in my body.

The amount of caffeine is so low when spread over the 24 hours the instructions say to leave it on that any effect you feel is imaginary (placebo). 32 MG over 24 hours isn't even 1.5mg per hour. Tried 4 times and ... no effect at all. And it can't be returned. Better off with a time release caffeine pill than these. Cheaper and they actually work.

I tried this because I needed a bit of help to get me going outside of my caffeine intake from coffee. I am a mother of infant twins and that alone seems to run me ragged and it seems like I have nothing left for the other things I need to do in my life. I had a bit of a tough time finding a place to put the patch where it wouldn't rub off. The very under part of my arms just wouldn't hold it. I ended up using my side. It was gradual but I felt the little extra bit of energy kick in. It kind of ebbed and flowed through the day, not exactly a constant but who really needs to feel all energized ALL the time? I don't really need this kind of thing every day but on days that I need that extra pep in my step, this is a decent option.I purchased this item at a discounted or free price in exchange of my honest and unbiased review.

I actually did not have high hopes for this patch BUT I did use it today and I can say I felt much more energetic than usual and more focused. Maybe it’s just the day but I will continue to use to see if it’s just a fluke. Will update after using them for awhile.Update:After using these for a bit something I’ve discovered is that they do not stick well when you get warm. Which I don’t like.

I been trying the patches for 7 days already and I still have not seen any improvement on my energy level using this patches. They do not work for me at all.

I have been using this for 6 weeks now. If you are expecting a shot of adrenaline, this is not it. I have a very low energy problem and the little extra energy I can get from this, it is worth it. If you are high energy person by nature, you probably won't feel a thing, but to me it gives me enough energy to get me out of bed in the morning without complaining much.Also, don't expect to feel energized by one patch. It took me 7 patches (a week) to feel some effect. I wear it on my shoulder blade as it works better for me. Sometimes I wear it on my arm to switch it up. Expect to be awake until 1 AM without feeling tired, I have to force myself to go to bed.

These do not even remotely work to provide any energy. I read the "honest" reviews written by others and hoped they were legitimate claims. I don't like taking pills, especially energy pills because they always make me so jittery. I bought these based on the "honest" reviews and gave them a try. I rotated spots just like the directions said and wore them only on clean, dry skin. I got nothing. Probably would've gotten more energy from drinking extra water or taking super duper deep breaths. These are a total and complete WASTE of money and time. Don't bother.
