Craig Electronics CD6951-SL CD Boombox with AM/FM Stereo Radio and Cassette Player/Recorder

I wasn’t sure what kind of sound this would have but I’m happy to say I’m very pleased! The small size makes it easy to have out. The price was exceptional too. The CD and tape player sound very good but the radio doesn’t have a good sound at all. I keep it plugged in the electrical outlet and have not used a battery but it probably works well on battery. I would buy this again. Great value, size and sound.

When tuning in radio there is no dial or any way to know what number station you are on.

while read of cassettes being eaten etc, have not had this problem SO FAR BUT cassetted have been out for year so am well aware of how they are supposed to operate BUT this cassette player is just weird AND had to fiddle and find out that cassette works totally separate from everything else which makes no sense, and it is not so much that there is tinny noise to cassette player but that EVERYTHING is tinny/poor sound quality, have to select different modes from the side of the unit to play each different mode (cd, cassette, radio) which you pretty much have to guess at, and the am/fm tuning is a bad joke, so basically the all in 1 system fails on every level, probably even more if it was used on regular basis also, no idea why it mentions remote control, HAS no remotr

I bought this CD cassette player for my 86-year-old mother who loves to listen to her CDs and has some cassettes from back in the day that she likes to listen to. It has worked perfect for her and the sound quality is great. Don’t know if this would be the best quality for big parties, and things like that but just for a single room or an elderly person or even a child this would be great.

Generally fine however the cassette player is not the best quality. It wore out quickly. And I found some buttons don't quite match their commands. The fast forward and rewind seem to somehow be mixed.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift, sadly after opening on Christmas morning it can't be used, because the plug was an american one, and no adaptor was offered. Surely when you ship to a country it would make sense to include the correct adaptor

Average quality. You should buy an adopter to convert 110 volts to 230volts. Sound good enough for a small room.

Excelente producto, tiene buen audio aunque dependiendo el cassette o cd puede que se escuche un poco bajo, en todo lo demás está excelente

This unit is compact yet it has CD player, tape player and AM/FM radio. The sound quality is not bad for the money.
