Lightning deal took my money lightning fast.
I purchased the monitor on a whim, a super impulse "problem fixer" as a replacement for my AOC 18" monitor that was not 1080P. The resolution max was 1366x768 and it cut my bookmarks bar off. It was being used as my secondary monitor but for some reason when initially purchasing a few years ago, I didn't think about resolution, all I could think at the time was 18" LCD for $70?! Awesome deal!Anyway, I specifically wanted the same or similar dimensions because it is, as mentioned, a secondary screen meant to be used to read web pages and do other things while I play games, watch movies or have other stuff on my main screen. Because I generally work at 1920x1200 resolution, that's where my bookmark bar has the majority of folders up to. And that's how I'm used to scrolling my pages and all. First world problem really. I decided I would jump on this lightning deal to "fix" my "problem".Again, I didn't quite think things through because 1920x1080 on a 19-inch screen yields tiny, tiny results. Suffice it to say, I thought I'd made another bad decision. Luckily I remembered Windows 10 size settings (because I had to use this on my 4K monitor as well) and I've increased the size 125% which makes text look pretty nice now.Pros: Clear, nice display. No issues with ghosting, etc. so far and no dead pixels thankfully. Well thought out, easily manipulated OSD.Cons: Teeny tiny Windows 10 everything at 1080p, but that's not a REAL con. It's rare to find a 1080p 19" monitor. Just up the size to 125% and all is well. I don't remember if you can do this in 7, it's been a while since I've tinkered with that OS. If you can't then you may have to dial back 1080p to 1366x768 which is well viewable at this size screen. The monitor is rated to have a 25ms response time. I haven't seen any issues yet, I watch music videos on it fine. I'm mentioning this here because if you're buying it to watch movies or play games you MAY experience issues.Great monitor so far. As with all my displays, I hope they last a good long time. I've seen terrible scenarios where pixels die or screens go dark in just over a year. I can vouch for Sceptre and AOC. These were my 24 and 18 before. The Sceptre still works and I've had that since 2008. Now it goes to my wife, she works primarily on a laptop so she's quite happy. The AOC 18 will likely be used a tester monitor for all my frankenPCs.

Great monitor!
I telework several days and needed a simple second monitor for my workstation. This was reasonabley priced and from a reputable manufacturer. Out of the box, it's plug and use, no need for driver installation. It works great, clear picture, compatible etc.

Well worth the low price I paid
It works as expected, and the price was right. I'm not using it at the highest possible resolution because it seems a bit fuzzy with the older Lenovo desktop I've got it plugged into. But I found the right combo of display resolution and font/icon sizing, and it seems just fine so far.The screen size did not disappoint. I replaced a "20-inch" with this 19.5-inch, and the display area seems bigger. I'm not thoroughly impressed by the range of control, but it also has an auto-adjust feature and button which you can use to reposition the screen if it doesn't center perfectly for one app or another. No surprises unpacking this monitor, it was boxed very neatly as new and everything was there. At least one reviewer mentioned the video cable being inferior, but I did not find that to be true and I'm a 30-year IT pro. Just know it's analog/VGA, not digital, and it's as inexpensive as any name-brand monitor you'll find.

No holes to hang
Although a good monitor, it did not have the holes in the back for a dual monitor stand and I have to send them back. So if you need to hang this on a wall or multiple monitor stand, this will not work for you because there is no way to hang them

10/10
Just received it the other night while I was busy watching anime. As soon as it arrived at my door step I was excited so I hurried over and picked it up and setted it up right away. The monitor is beautiful... Well it's smaller than excepted, but hey it's a pretty damn good price for a 19.5inch display. I plan on buying it again so I can have a duel monitor, but that'll be another time. The quality is beautiful, and the width is pretty damn wide! So I would recommend everyone to give this monitor a try.

I'm sure that if the thing worked it would be a great product, but be mindful that you run the ...
Didn't work right out of the box. I initially blamed my cable adapter for not working and bought a new one. Once the adapter came in and the monitor still didn't work, I decided to do some research. Apparently a few of these go out that just dont work, a bit of an indicator towards dell's quality control. I wish I hadn't hesitated to blame the monitor, because now I'm out $80 and have a big hunk of plastic to bring to the dump. I'm sure that if the thing worked it would be a great product, but be mindful that you run the risk of getting a dud like I did.

An Acceptable Monitor
The monitor is sold as model D2015HM. When I received it, the box printed as D2015HM, but the item itself actually has the label as D2015Hf in the back. I don't know what is the difference and so does Amazon customer service. Nobody could tell me. I got a replacement and it was the same. It's an acceptable product. It only comes with VGA cable and no HDMI. And it does not have speaker. So you will need to prepare your own.

Works great.
Monitor has worked great since I got it a few weeks ago. I use it as a second display on my laptop for work activities (word, excel, etc.) The display is crisp and it was super easy to setup (plug and play). No complaints.
