HFS(R 3-Jaw Gear Puller Set – 3in, 4in, and 6in Removal Tool Kit for Slide Gears, Pulley, and Flywheel

Needed a pulley kit for a wheel bearing. Arrived quickly and did the job easily!! I was surprised with the quality of this item and will look to use the vendor again in the future.

Worked well, good value, seem sturdy, but 6-7mm teeth need to get under cog

Really good tools, had a heavily seized crank crank flywheel, broke my old extractor so purchased these. The middle size puller took it off with ease. Make sure you tighten the bolts holding the pull legs otherwise really strong tools, very pleased.

It is an excellent set, although I bought it to a different job than it is ment, it worked brilliantly. I used it to remove the rear brake drums from an old Ford Focus,that were jammed on, did the job in minutes, saved so much time. Thank-you.

I used this product for a service I done on my camping trailer when I needed to change both bearings. Very easy to use and great value for money.

I bought these hoping they would help me fix one of my wood working tools that has 5 or 6 different types of bearing inside. Unfortunately even the smallest one was too big. However as I could not use these and returned for a full refund I found that the quality was very good and they will do the job should they fit your bearings. I can recommend these.

Works great. Used it to pull a old bush off a shaft.

Needed to get a bandwheel off and this puller did it in a couple of minutes

Bought this to remove a stainless ship's wheel that was stuck on the steering shaft.While buying a 3-pack seemed a little silly to me at first, I realized that I was not sure which size would work best for our task. But my estimation that I needed the 3" was incorrect, since I used the 4", so the 3-pack came in very handy.Unlike some others, these pullers arrived fully assembled. They are intentionally bolted together loosely so that you can change the jaw lengths to suit your task. I ended up doing that 2x. Also, you need to leave the bolts a bit loose so you can put the unit to work. The unit worked very well. The wheel popped off pretty easily. Putting the puller in place to do the job was a little "fiddly." Way easier with a spare set of hands to help as you cinch it up. That probably depends on the job at hand.

Overall the pullers seem strong enough and did the job fine. One thing that’s a real pain is the small bolts and nuts loosen and fall off really easy. They should have nylon lock nuts on them. Yes you would need a wrench to adjust but it’s better than the way they are. Make sure to lube the threads on the main bolt before use!

The set appears to be of ok quality, I cannot say on the strength till they are all put to use. My only gripe was the nuts were off the pullers when they arrived so some assembly was required.
