Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4. The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.

Ya’ll I’ve been taking this pills for 3 days .U can NOT believe me I lost 8 pounds I don’t know ,how ,where or even when ; IN 3 days 🙌🏼. I take 4 pills a day 2 with the lunch and 2 with the dinner.
