As long as the blade is not serrated. I use them on all of y knives and it works great. Be careful though they get wicked sharp **Q: can you sharpen a kabar with it.** A: If it is a straight edge Ka-Bar you should be able to. If it is a combination straight and serrated edge type you would only be able to sharpen the straight edge. **Q: Would it sharpens a meat &cheese deli type blades?** A: It's meant to sharpen Rada knives that are non-serrated. I have had customers use them on other brands of knives.
