I wanted a cotton one that actually works as a towel. This is perfect for the purpose. I bought two for my two daughters and we bring this to the swim practice as a cover up and it works great. The customer service is also very good as I had a problem with one of the robes and they responded immediately and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Grandson loves it and wears it every day - nice feature is that belt is attached to robe on both sides and is not a separate piece. - makes is easier to secure and wont get lost

It's difficult finding an affordable all terry cloth robe, harder still to find one for kids.My nine year old LOVES his robe. He's just started getting really really modest so this is divine for his showers.There are loose threads but that's the nature of that type of cloth, it freaked my kid out a little.Loved it so much after getting it that I ordered one for younger child. Shipping is lightening fast considering where it's coming from!

Love the robe, big and heavy for winter and warmth. Sleeves are really long or would have rated it a five.

I ordered a 5/6 black robe for my son. It arrived two weeks sooner than expected. I washed and dried it immediately. That night, after his bath, he put on the robe. After drying with it, he was covered it little black fuzz from the terry cloth. The next morning, I washed the robe again hoping to get rid of the fuzz but instead of putting it in the dryer, I hung it on the clothesline. As I was pinning it to the line, I noticed that the hood had separated from the robe about two inches across. After it was dry, I noticed that belt, which is sewn onto the robe, had split and exposed the elastic. I decided to return the robe. Because it was not sold by Amazon (grrr), I had to contact the seller who is located in the U.K. Due to high shipping costs, they offered to refund half the price of the robe and suggested that I try to fix the seams. Although it wasn't ideal, I agreed. Surprisingly, they emailed again, apologized, and refunded me the full amount. I did sew up the seams but the fraying around the bottom and the overall quality makes me think we'll be ordering a new robe in the near future.

Bought this hooded robe for my 5-year old grandson to use after swimming or spa-dipping. He loves it & so do I! Dries him off quickly. I only wish there were other colors because I'd order another one for him!

We are monkeys in our family with long arms, & this fit my daughter perfectly.I tried to size up, but don’t know if this will last long enough before her brother gets it (they grow 4+”/year).If your kids tend to be long and thin, it’s true to size; otherwise, get 2 sizes up. I thought a 9-10 would be a bit big, nope. FWIW, my string bean wears a size 9 slim in boys Levi’s (1 month left before they’re floods), with a belt, still fits into the 6 Levi’s that are now cutoffs.

I should have paid attention to the bad reviews this item has. But, I liked the idea of the belt attached to the robe. That way the kids couldn’t pull off the belt and lose it or tie each other up! I ordered two and washed them when they arrived. They are short, barely covering their butts, and very thin fabric. They have elastic in the back, which is nice, but on one of them, the elastic had come loose on one end and the seam holding the elastic wasn’t there. This is a big quality control issue. I can’t attach the elastic, so I just stitched the seam again. I have to complain to the company, we’ll see what happens.

Got two of these for my kids and the navy/blue I have to say looks faded and old brand new out of the pack. The light pink looks better. Quite a bit of loose thread but serves its purpose just fine and not expensive. Overall I’m happy with them.

This toweling bath robe is just what I wanted it to be , I have washed it and the colour didn't run , it is quite thick , so hopefully it will last a long time , I am very pleased with it .

This bath robe was for my nine year old grandson who wears size 13 clothing, this was still a little shorter than expected.

If you dont want to spent too much for items that will be outgrown fast - this is acceptable choice .Its nothing special but does the job.
