This is a must buy. Worth every penny.
I have replaced 6 iPhone batteries in my life. All of the suction cup that came with the battery are cheap. The rings rips open and the suction cup don't work. This suction cup is durable and works super well. It opened my iPhone 8 in 2 seconds. It did take me a bit longer for the iPhone 13 because it was glued very tightly. And the tool they supply is AWESOME. It is thin and strong. I easily slipped it between the screen and the phone body to help loosen the adhesive and dislodge the clips. Don't forget to warm up the phone with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive, this will help a lot. This is the best 9.99 I've spent, worth every penny.

Easy to use and it works!
This tool is a lifesaver. Instead of using one suction cup to pull the screen from the body, which is extremely difficult, two suction cups are the best way to go. After heating the screen with a blow dryer, it’s difficult to do everything with just two hands. Once the screen pulls away with this tool, do NOT use the metal pry tool included in the kit to pry the screen from the body, use a plastic or nylon tool instead.

Works well. Sometimes pulls of wrong object.
Works well on very even surfaces but on any sort of uneven surface I would not recommend it. Seems to be very high quality, but the size could be a bit bigger cause the clamps sometimes have trouble making it around the phone. Often times it will pull the back off instead of the screen or the battery out instead of the screen when attempting to gain a good spot to pull it off.

I wished I'd found one of these years ago... makes screen removal so much easier
I have been repairing Android and iPhones for years and the hardest part is almost always getting the screen to release from the adhesive without any damage to the screen and without accidently pulling so far that I rip the screen connector off. I did actually, once, rip the screen connector off. I've gotten better at screen removal over the years but it's still been not easy... until I found this tool. I've now fixed two phones for friends and family and this tool makes it so much easier. I apply a heat pack (a rice bag heated in the microwave), let it sit for about 30 seconds, attach this suction tool and the screen easily separates off. I wished I'd found this thing years ago. If the screen or the back of the phone is cracked, just put clear transparent packing tape on the screen and then use the tool. I really don't have much else to say; if you are fixing phones or tablets or laptop screens or any other device where you need to apply heat and separate the two but you don't want to pull too hard... this is a great gizmo at a very reasonable price given how much it helps.

Fantastic for phone repairs
I used this to replace an outer display on a 2022 Razr and it worked great. Much stronger than regular suction cups and it was effortless to remove the screen once I used this. The prying tools were also fantastic for getting in between the super tight space between the screen and the housing.

Not the tool I had hoped for
I used this tool to pull the back cover off of my Samsung Galaxy S7. I don't think it is designed well. The handles are too short to get decent leverage and the suction cups too small to hold onto the phone surfaces well. I first cleaned both the front glass and rear cover of my phone thoroughly with rubbing alcohol to ensure it was free of any contamination that might impede with the suction cup action, but I found that the suction cups were stretching when I clamped down such that the short handles would touch each other and not allow for further pulling force. After holding the handles together for about 15 seconds each time one of the suction cups would pull free from the phone. After about two dozen tries using the tool and applying heat with a heat gun around the phone seam I was finally able to get a tiny opening, so small that I couldn't see it. It was the "opener" tool that came with the suction cup clamp that saved the day. The opener tool is thin enough yet flexible with a rigid edge to allow it to be worked into a tiny crack (opening). After that I was able to work the opener tool completely around the phone back cover while alternately using the heat gun to soften the glue. **Warning** don't make the same foolish mistake I made. I figured that since the opener tool worked so well in removing the back cover it would work well to separate the battery from the glue beneath it. It did and worked well, however I manage to push the opener blade underneath the battery wrapping and started to smell a strong odor. It was the glue out gassing due to an extremely hot battery. I had to grab the battery with needle nose pliers and run it outside setting it down on the cement to cool. I strongly recommend only using the plastic tools to get the battery separated from the glue and going very slowly using as little force as possible. I gave this tool a three star rating because I was able to get the job done with it, but I think it could have been much easier with a better tool. Next time I plan to look for one with better suction cups and longer handles with wider distance between them, even if more expensive.

For Productivity
I had to use this for an IPad 7th generation, to remove the glass digitizer. Just don't go for the center of the glass screen or it will break. This will hold on to screens after you clamp it down and start to squeeze the handle. The grip is amazing, functions as needed and good investment. 5 stars.

absolute game-changer
As a seasoned DIYer who's wrestled with countless iPhones, I can confidently say that these suction cup pliers are an absolute game-changer. Forget the days of struggling with flimsy plastic pry tools, scratched screens, or the sheer terror of damaging sensitive components. These pliers are, quite simply, an indispensable tool for anyone venturing into iPhone repair. From the moment you pick them up, the quality is evident. The build is robust, with comfortable, ergonomic handles that provide a secure grip. The suction cups themselves are incredibly strong and create an almost vacuum-like seal on the glass, giving you the confidence to apply the necessary leverage without fear of slippage.
