I was recommended the vagikool reusable, but I found these way more helpful after my labiaplasty. It was more sanitary as well. Ice packs get too cold, but these work great; make sure to have a thin layer of material between your area and the pad. It's really comfortable, and its thickness makes it easier to sit on. The size is perfect as well. I would highly recommend.

Great postpartum product. Easy to use, gets super cold, very absorbent, no complaints! There are a lot in the box and i only ended up using half so my one order should last me two births

I really needed them for first couple weeks of my postpartum. My bottom was hurting so bad and this ice pack helped me to reduce the pain. It lasts long for only 10-15 mins so I needed a lot. (Any disposal ice pack lasts only 10-15 mins as far as I know.)

Worked great for c section incision healing! I sadly had to get a C section instead of birth naturally like I planned but these still came in handy to help my csection incision hurt way less and to keep it cool during early weeks of healing.

These ice packs are great for certain things- after my c section they were amazing, they can help with heads aches if you put them in the back of your neck but the overall quality for just needing an ice pack is not there. They coldness moves around and is flexible making it great for some things but not for all cases.

Must have for postpartum care. These are amazing when healing postpartum and have helped so much. The hospital gives you these same ones at the hospital but having an extra supply at home helps so much. This has helped to speed up recovery and make functioning easier during postpartum. Great to buy yourself or the new mom in your life.

I'd heard mixed things about whether getting ice packs like these would be beneficial for postpartum and considered getting something reusable or DIYing ice packs. I'm sure both of those options are also great, but for me it was the right call and just so easy and convenient to have a big pack of these on hand. The cold doesn't last super long, but was enough to give pain relief without being too cold. They're too bulky to be out and about much, but the size worked just fine for being in bed and around the house in. I'd get these again for postpartum recovery.

Perfect for post partum care. Pretty sure they are identical to the ones the hospital gave ! I highly recommend.

De las cosas más importantes para comprar en el post parto, creo que no enfrían tanto como otras marcas pero sirven bastante bien.
