I went with the same grade the Hospital used which was Blue Line for large limbs. It will appear rather small when you see the roll but, it stretches over bandages etc and will keep everything comfy and protected. **Q: What size would you order for a upper arm for a female adult?** A: For arms I would recommend the two blue stripe.For upper legs the yellow stripes would be needed.
