Are these peanut/tree nut free?

I have a peanut/tree nut allergy and I eat them all the time and I'm fine.

Do these have lactose in them?

They contain milk products (as posted on the packaging). However, I have a sensitivity to lactose and I haven't had any reaction when eating them. I would imagine if you can eat milk chocolate you'll be fine with these.
