Had used the 10g blue block,saw these and price wise and the 20g size made them better value.When the blue (30) ran out I carried on with these for the required time.After seeing 2 rats during the day and them eating 30 10g blocks and then starting on the red,for 9 days,we havent seen a rat since.Will continue as recommended putting blocks out once a week as a deterrent (4) Our neighbour throws the dog muck over the fence(onto a protected nature reserve) and leaves it for days on his lawn,so afer doing research and finding out rats are attracted to dog muck it explains why after living here for 22 years we have started to get very large rats. Excellent product.

A few months ago, my nan went in her shed to get her bird food out to find 2 bags of it chewed into and eaten, i went to check it out and no joke there was a rat bigger than a baby kitten ive never shut a shed door as fast in my life. We didnt want to just let it out so it can move and nest in her other shed or garage, my nan wanted to get rid the humain way so she borrowed a trap from the neighbour, it had been baited up for 2 weeks and the rat just purely didnt want to play or it was simply to big. So i ordered this product for her to try.I will say the writing was a little small but the product is still easy enough to use. We put in the poison and checked the next day and right away the rat and took it (which was a relief and amazing to know). We have been doing this for only 2 week and the rat stopped taking it, clearly because it worked!!! We now dont have the issue with the rat which actually did nest and there is non left.This is such a great product and worth every penny, i would highly recommend this.This is a must have!

Does the job

When using this type of product, you have to remember that you have to put in some effort for it to be effective. Be mindful where you place these blocks. Check out the route your rodent is taking and where it relieves itself. This is the ideal location to place the blocks. Place multiple blocks. They'll take them all away to munch on. Especially rats. Mice on the other hand have to be helped a little. You might have to "grate" a block where the mouse is gnawing away at things.Once a rat has ingested this concoction, it'll take around 2-3 days for you to recover its remains. With Mice, once the "gratings" remain untouched, you should assume it's met its maker!ProsThis formula, albeit common works very well. Not entirely sure that it's 0.0029% strength compared to the all-so-common 0.0025%ConsWhat I don't like about it is the text on the packaging. It looks like a lawyers contract - that's how tiny the writing is.I would certainly recommend this product - especially the multi-packs.Happy hunting!

Worked within 4 days, no sightings and fresh bait left untouched.I'm trying to sell my property and rats at the bottom of the garden isn't not a good look.Thankfully I won't have the problem again.

Put sugar are the rat blocks it attracts the damn rats works like a dream! BYE BYE Rodents. (WASH YOUR HANDS FOR AWHILE IF THE RAT BLOCKS TOUCHES YOUR HANDS AND ANY AREA IF THE RAT BLOCKS MIGHT ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH.)

Does the business. The guy in the next garden along keeps and breeds dogs in a large kennel / shed in his garden, and he always has a problem with rats in and around his property. I always get them in the house in the loft, at the end of the season about October time. I tried trapping them but they were too smart for me, so I deployed this. No problems now. Even if I get them in the loft a day or two later they are dead as a dodo. I even deployed it outside in rat bait boxes on the perimeter of my garden and next door, and we (the next door neighbour and myself) seem to be getting on top of the rat population. Used it every year for the past few years. The only problem is the slugs seem to like the bait as well, and keep eating it. It doesn't seem to affect them at all.
