Now these aren't going to be useful for baking into muffins as you'd want a good powder instead and not as pretty as a rolled stick you can grind or use as garnish, but these ARE perfect for infusing cinnamon into liquids like I do. See, I like making Medieval Hypocras wine and I don't care to use powdered cinnamon as it's messy to filter out and sticks are too expensive to just smash up in a mortar and pestle. These chips however are perfect for this task. Easy to measure to the grams in a home made paper tray on my scale and just pour into my wine I want to infuse. The taste of these chips is sharp and spicy and a much stronger flavor than anything you could get in most stores, unless that store carries Frontier that is.
