use it on my powertec lat machine. works great for triceps and also for abs. quality feels good. have used it for a couple of months now with no issues. It's held up very well, looks n feels like new. I workout 5-6 times a week and use this 1-2 x a week so I used it quite a bit. only bad part is it did stink for like 2 weeks or so. basically stunk up my weight room but its not a bad/ disgusting smell, more of a very noticeable annoying rubber smell. cant beat it for the price. Update 5-12-14. Still going strong. Still using it at least once a week and no signs of wear. Had forgotten it stunk for two weeks and has been durable so giving it 5 stars instead of 4. Think the saucer type handles might be more comfortable but still very pleased.

I purchased this rope attachment to use with my Black Mountain Elastic Bands. The connector is big enough to fit multiple bands' hooks, which is great. It is a kind of plastic like rope/ends, but it does not feel cheap. It is nicely made and very solid. I have seen other rope attachments like this for upwards of $60, so for the price this is a great bargain. It's only been used a handful of times, but does not seem to fray or breakdown at all. Overall I think this is a great addition to my home gym.

I was looking for a tricep rope for some time now because i have a lat pulldown machine at my house and wanted to work on my triceps apart from just using the dumbells that i had, and i am so glad i went with this particular tricep rope as it is extremely well made and pretty thick so you get a very good grip on it..Works great and in my opinion is a one time buy, i cant really see anything going wrong with this because of how well it has been constructed...

I bought this item because 1) I was tired of wasting time walking around my gym trying to find the "missing" rope that was not returned to its proper place and 2) having to wait on someone to finish their workout because there is only one rope available in the whole gym. The quality of the rope is excellent and fits perfectly in my hands. I use this item at least 2-3 times a week for various exercises and till this day it is still as rigid and looking "like new" since when I originally purchased it in April 2015. The metal attachment fits all machines. So far this has been the best investment I have made toward my fitness journey.

I like using rope because it increases my grip strength when doing any exercise. As a wrestler, I need my grip strength. For the Valeo product itself, it does what it does. You can probably find a better quality one but for money, but this is pretty bang for your buck. I've been doing different cable exercises with it and it does exactly what I expect it to do. I put it around a pull up bar and do rope pullups and after about i say a dozen times using it for pullups, its still in mint condition. PROS: Cheap, long lasting, does its job. CONS: The rope quality is kind of cheap so it might hurt certain hands. It smells like cr*p because of the rubber. Could stink up your gym bag. If you need a rope, this is the one to get because its cheap and it does its job. No need for a $30 brand name rope.

Most of the attachments at my gym are always missing/being used so I decided to purchase my own and take with me. This rope does exactly what I need it to and has been used by both myself and my husband. He likes it just as much as I do and has no issues with it. The quality is good and solid with no fraying of the rope itself. Everything is pieced together nicely and is sturdy.

I have only had this particular rope for a few weeks now, but I am satisfied with my purchase so far. I have used rope attachments in the past, they are just about my favorite cable attachment, for the simple fact that they are so versatile and they allow for a full range of motion as well as a new dynamic to any exercise. What makes rope attachments so great is that they are not set pieces, for instance, if you are doing a triceps push down with a straight bar attachment, when you get to the lowest part of the exercise, you will be able to straighten you arms all the way, but they will be stuck in one plane of motion; up and down. There is nothing wrong with a straight bar, but with a rope, when you get to the bottom of the exercise, you can squeeze you triceps and really get a more natural movement, reducing the risk for injury. You will also be able to more freely move your wrists, making it more comfortable. All and all, I think every one should have a rope attachment, it adds an amazing dynamic and this one feels like it will last a long time.

My current local gym does not have tricep ropes anymore, so i picked this up for myself. I find the use of ropes a much more comfortable experience, plus there are a vast number of motions on can use it for. It feels sturdy, there is a good amount of weight to it when you carry it around. All in all, a solid product, will update of I find any faults.

Esta cuerda para polea me sorprendió la buena calidad que tiene y por el precio que es de alrededor de 250 pesos, no tiene nada que envidiarle a las de mayor precio que algunas son de cuerda de hilo de algodón y esta es de nailon pero personalmente me gusta trabajar con estas de nylon ya que se siente mas rígida. super recomendable compárenla no se arrepentirán ademas el envió me decía que 9 dias y llego en 4.
