It’s useful for many things.
Very sticky liquid. You get exactly 50 pills. I take 2 pills cut it and mix the liquid with coconut hair oil warm it 10 seconds in the microwave and massage my hair with it. These vitamins can do a lot for your skin and hair. Also, take aloe Vera and mix vitamin e use it on your hair and leave it on then wash it, You can thank me later..

Easy to use
It really worth buying. It smell really good and it thick when you apply on your skin or hair. I didn’t swallow it so not sure if it easy to swallow. It helps my hair grow out healthier. It also does stick to my hair.

Works on deep wrinkles!!
Been using it for 2 weeks now. My skin is starting to look better. I am in my mid 30’s and have some deep wrinkles on my forehead. They definitely minimized. I am going to continue using this product for two more weeks then give it another review. I wish they didn’t have to put so many bad products in it and especially color. PLEASE MAKE THIS PRODUCT HEALTHY EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO RAISE THE PRICE!!!
